It's a very good hotel with good stuffs. Now I am in this hotel. We are relishing sea view from our window and balcony with sunrise and sunset both 😊. I want to give this 4.5 for little high price of food. But there is no option .so I opt for 4.

We are regular visitors.We liked staying here everytime we visit Mandarmani.This was our 5th Visit.But this time it became worst due to being seoson and they have become more money minded and do not bother to provide service.Not Value for money at all.When we entered to hotel without booking and asked for rooms they said they have only AC room which would cost 2300 per room.Then we discussed with family and decided to have the room then the person at the counter said it would cost 2300+Tax. And he will do some discount.But l doubt that they pay the Tax to govt.As per their version they discounted from the tax part.which is unethical.The discount happens on net price not on Tax.apperently their would not be any tax invoice.Which is a cheating. Then we went to the room.The AC of one room wad not working.The bathroom shower nobs were miss fit. There was no set top box in one room. They did not even checked the rooms before giving to us.We were told out side food will not be allowed.Does not make any sense because we were group of 10people and we ordered food from the hotel lunch dinner snacks everything.All we wanted to have crabs and fish from outside.So they allowed to consume it in room. We asked for mosquito repelent in the garden.The first thing they said they do not have anything but there were next table sitting next to us they have arranged Egg Tray litten up.Its strange that they have such mess in the service these days.I always liked this place before but not anymore.l would never like to come back again. We stayed 2 nights in the standard AC room at this hotel in the month of May, 2019. We are very happy and satisfied for their services, hotel location, well maintained room, good behaviour of staff and quality of food. But one bad thing is, they should not allow to guests to drink alcohol openly at the night as well as at day time. Because, Hotel and Goibibo are demanding that this is a family hotel. Children are staying there, so hotelier should be strict regarding this. Still, I am surely recommending this hotel. This is an excellent hotel to stay and their restaurant service is very fast.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and we are very satisfied. I booked through an online portal for about Rs 1300 a night for AC rooms and it is worth the money. They have a pool and it is facing the beach. The location is excellent and their restaurant service is very good. Surely I recommend this property.

Pros: Nothing to mention Cons: 1. No breakfast included even though standard Ac room charged with 2200+Tax 2. Rooms are very ordinary 3. Food is not of good taste, they didn't took order after 1pm for lunch. 4. Restaurant doesn't have A/c 5. Our baby dropped some food strains in the bed sheet and they charged 550 for the bed sheet damage 6. Pool is very dirty, avoid to use this. 7. They charged GST but didn't show that in the bill, instead they made it as room rent, when we ask for clarification, then they argued and didn't provide any proper reason. while paying by card, they were asking for 5% more change, when we denied to pay that, they somehow accept it with lot of argument. 8. 4 small magi charged 70Rs (while charged they wrote 60 then strike though and made it 70, as it is not in their menu list) I would strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel and spread the news so that they won't loot customers
